Welcome to the Ziro Receptionist Application ("the App"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App, which enables receptionists to manage property bookings, communicate with guests, and assist property owners. By accessing or using the App, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the App.

1. Account Registration and Security

You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, including your mobile number, email address, and other required details.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Property Management

You are solely responsible for the accuracy of property details, including descriptions, pricing, and availability.

Any misrepresentation of properties may result in suspension or termination of your account.

You agree to comply with all local laws and regulations related to property rentals.

3. Bookings and Payments

The App facilitates bookings between property owners and customers. You agree to honor confirmed bookings.

Cancellation policies must be clearly communicated to customers. Unjustified cancellations may impact your account standing.

4. Monthly Maintenance Charges (MMC)

Properties enrolled in the MMC program must adhere to payment schedules. Failure to pay may result in suspension of the property.

MMC payments are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the App for any unlawful or fraudulent activities.

Harassment, spam, or abusive behavior toward customers or other users is strictly prohibited.

6. Intellectual Property

All content and features of the App are owned by the App provider and protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the App without prior written consent.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App provider is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to lost profits or data breaches.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3. Guest & Booking Management

You must verify guest identities and booking details before check-in.

Cancellations must comply with the property owner’s policies.

Unauthorized changes to bookings or pricing are prohibited.

4. Data Privacy & Confidentiality

You must protect guest and owner data and not share it without consent.

Unauthorized use of personal or financial data will result in legal action.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Harassment, discrimination, or fraudulent behavior toward guests or owners is strictly prohibited.

Spamming, phishing, or unethical marketing via the App is not allowed.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.

Property owners may also revoke your access to their properties at any time.

7. Limitation of Liability

The App provider is not liable for damages arising from App use, including booking disputes or data breaches.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

The App provider is not liable for:

Property disputes, damages, or unsatisfactory stays.
Third-party actions (e.g., property owners failing to honor bookings).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
